Tesson’s view of the world is shaped by a deep sensitivity – the landscapes they pass through are not just landscapes, they are woven into local legends and myths. The author's distinctive, poetic writing style offers not only images, but also forebodings: perhaps a fairy is hiding behind the rock emerging from the sea.
