PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND ADVERTISING
Terms of Purchase
These terms determine the procedure for ordering, paying and downloading the products offered on this site. The seller is TIM press d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor of these pages who fills out the electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes the payment.
These conditions are in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
The prices of products listed below are final retail prices (including all taxes and fees). The delivery price for the entire order is listed under "Shopping Cart".
Ordering
The buyer orders the product or more products using the electronic order form. The buyer is considered to be any person who orders at least one product, fills out the requested information and sends the order. The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on the product and saving it in the cart.
Identification
Purchasing at TIM press webshop is possible as a registered or unregistered user. If you have registered your account and at the TIM press webshop, the system will remember your data and you will not have to re-enter the basic data at each subsequent purchase. If you do not want the system to remember your data, select 'Pay as Guest' and the entered data will only be used for immediate purchase.
Payment
An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you indicate after completing the ordering process. Payment is made by using IBAN HR 0223600001101419717, with the number that is generated on each invoice.

The card is charged after sending the goods. When ordering, you will be redirected to WSPay's secure online billing system, where you will complete your purchase by entering your card number, security code, and date of validity. The data is encrypted and can not be misused, we guarantee the security of your data.
Delivery
After the payment, the goods and the R1 invoice are delivered to the postal address you have provided.
The ordered products are delivered by our own delivery or via Croatian Postal Service.
Delivery costs are 4 € (VAT is included in the price).
Delivery prices are displayed at www.tim-press.hr and include the corresponding VAT. Delivery prices are activated when ordering.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over 30 € for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
For ordering books outside of the Republic of Croatia, contact prodaja@tim-press.hr for invoicing and delivery arrangements.
The delivery period in the Republic of Croatia is five to seven working days.
Returns, Exchange and Complaints
The ordered products will be packaged in a manner that ensures their protection against damage that may occur through normal handling during transport and delivery.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer is obliged to inspect it and, in the event of visible external damage to the packaging or shipment, refuse acceptance and immediately return it to the courier, indicating that the product has been damaged.
The customer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the sales contract within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment by clicking on “Contract Withdrawal”. In the event of contract withdrawal, the customer is required to return the delivered products together with the original invoice, in undamaged condition, in their original packaging, and in their entirety and unaltered quantity, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Otherwise, the return shall not be considered valid and will not be accepted. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. The refund of the purchase price will be made within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Any transaction costs related to the refund shall be borne by the customer.
In the event of a unilateral withdrawal from the contract that does not involve the return of goods but solely a refund of funds, the refund shall be paid to the customer within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of a duly submitted refund request.
The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to electronic publications pursuant to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The customer is entitled to exchange the delivered product only in the event that a product other than the one ordered has been delivered or where quality defects in the product have been established. Any complaint must be reported without delay to TIM press via e-mail at prodaja@tim-press.hr or by telephone at +385 1 611 9713. Following prior agreement with the Sales Department, the customer is required to return the product together with the original invoice, in undamaged condition, in its original packaging and unchanged quantity, accompanied by a written complaint stating the reasons for the exchange, within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of the product. After the expiry of this period, the complaint shall not be considered timely and will not be accepted. The costs of the exchange shall be borne by TIM press d.o.o.
