PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND ADVERTISING
Terms of Purchase
These terms determine the procedure for ordering, paying and downloading the products offered on this site. The seller is TIM press d.o.o., and the buyer is a visitor of these pages who fills out the electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes the payment.
These conditions are in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
The prices of products listed below are final retail prices (including all taxes and fees). The delivery price for the entire order is listed under "Shopping Cart".
Ordering
The buyer orders the product or more products using the electronic order form. The buyer is considered to be any person who orders at least one product, fills out the requested information and sends the order. The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on the product and saving it in the cart.
Identification
Purchasing at TIM press webshop is possible as a registered or unregistered user. If you have registered your account and at the TIM press webshop, the system will remember your data and you will not have to re-enter the basic data at each subsequent purchase. If you do not want the system to remember your data, select 'Pay as Guest' and the entered data will only be used for immediate purchase.
Payment
An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you indicate after completing the ordering process. Payment is made by using IBAN HR 0223600001101419717, with the number that is generated on each invoice.

The card is charged after sending the goods. When ordering, you will be redirected to WSPay's secure online billing system, where you will complete your purchase by entering your card number, security code, and date of validity. The data is encrypted and can not be misused, we guarantee the security of your data.
Delivery
After the payment, the goods and the R1 invoice are delivered to the postal address you have provided.
The ordered products are delivered by our own delivery or via Croatian Postal Service.
Delivery costs are 4 € (VAT is included in the price).
Delivery prices are displayed at www.tim-press.hr and include the corresponding VAT. Delivery prices are activated when ordering.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over 30 € for the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
For ordering books outside of the Republic of Croatia, contact prodaja@tim-press.hr for invoicing and delivery arrangements.
The delivery period in the Republic of Croatia is five to seven working days.
Return and replace
When picking up the delivery, the buyer must check the goods and, in case it has external damage, return it immediately to the deliverer explaining that the product is damaged.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the order and inform us by e-mail: prodaja@tim-press.hr or at the address TIM press d.o.o., Marjanovićev prilaz 2, 10000 Zagreb within 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Received products together with the original invoice must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging and in an unchanged quantity within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Return is not possible otherwise. Returns are settled by the buyer. Money for paid goods will be returned within 8 days of our receipt of the product. The cost of the return of the money is repaid by the buyer.
The buyer shall not be entitled to the return of products in the cases provided for in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The buyer is entitled to replace the delivered products in the case when the product is not ordered or if the product is defective. Complaint must be submitted to TIM Press by e-mail at prodaja@tim-press.hr. The product must then be returned together with the original invoice, intact, in the original package, and in an unchanged quantity, together with a written complaint that must state the reason for the replacement within 8 days of receipt. Replacement costs are borne by TIM press.
