Snježana Bahtijari in „Špica s Macanom“

Last week's episode of the show Špica s Macanom featured Snježana Bahtijari, author of the book Mentorica, and Tamara Babun Zovko, award-winning producer, owner of the production company Wolfgang&Dolly, and Snježana's former mentee. They spoke with Krešimir Macan about the mentor-mentee relationship and used their own examples to show how mentoring can be a support in difficult circumstances, such as lockdown, but also a catalyst for clearer leadership, greater self-confidence, and smarter decisions.
