Anita Culifaj

Anita Culifaj was born on May 27, 1991 in Villingen Schwenningen, Federal Republic of Germany. She attended primary and secondary school in Zagreb. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb. During her studies, she participated in the „Volunteer in the Croatian Parliament“ program, where she collaborated with MP Draženko Pandek from September 2012 to July 2013.
She received her PhD in 2023 from the same Faculty in the field of Media and Politics, dealing with crisis communication in politics. During her doctoral studies, she participated in an international scientific conference on the Brijuni Islands in 2017, where she gave a presentation on the then-current refugee crisis. She also participated in several scientific research projects and is a co-author of several scientific articles.
After completing her graduate studies in 2014, she started working at Aqua-Diamantum d. o. o. in the position of marketing manager. In early 2015, she was employed in the then Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Crafts in the Minister's office as an advisor to the Minister. From the summer of 2016 until today, she has been working in the company Aquapark Adamovec d. o. o. in the position of marketing director. In the same company, she also works as a facility manager and the person responsible for the operation of the public swimming pool.
