Maja Adžija

Maja Adžija graduated Spanish and Italian language and literature from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb. She obtained postgraduate doctoral studies diploma in literature - cultural studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She is writing her Ph.D. thesis at the Department of Anthropology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb under the mentorship of Vjekoslav Afrić, Ph.D. and Emil Heršak, Ph.D. where she works as an Assistant to Emil Heršak, Associate Professor, teaching the Anthropology of the Future. She worked as an expert adviser for European educational projects at the Office for International Cooperation of the University of Zagreb, she participated in numerous international conferences and edited the Akademski glasnik of the University of Zagreb. Maja Adžija works as a translator from English, Italian and Spanish. Some of her published works are Sveta pića. Od medovine do čaja (with Emil Heršak, 2013) and Antropologija budućnosti (with Emil Heršak, 2013).
